Meet Kimberly, MSW, PCC

Kimberly is a transformative leader who has dedicated over 35 years to developing diverse talent and driving positive change. Her expertise in organizational growth and change leadership has facilitated impactful transformations across the nonprofit, government, private, and public sectors. Kimberly’s leadership career includes VP National Programs, Chief Strategy Officer, and CEO. With an undergraduate degree from Duke University, a master’s in social work from the University of Pittsburgh, Executive Coach certification training from George Mason University, and Advanced Team Coach training from Corentus, her expertise in built on a strong foundation of knowledge and experience.

As the founder of Strategic Clarity, a leadership and organizational development firm, she helps executives and leadership teams unlock their power and potential, fostering clarity and courage to achieve their boldest aspirations. Her passion lies in coaching leaders who are committed to growing themselves, their organizations, and their people. Kimberly’s inspirational approach creates space for vulnerability and deep listening, enabling leaders to make better decisions and build high-performing teams. Whether she’s working locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally, Kimberly’s mission-driven spirit and unwavering belief in human potential continue to compel meaningful progress.

Kimberly and her husband David have been married 37 years and are proud parents of three amazing young adults who are making meaningful contributions to the world. Passionate about all things growth, she loves to cook, garden, read, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
