With an undergraduate degree from Duke University, a master’s in social work from the University of Pittsburgh, Executive Coach certification training from George Mason University, and Advanced Team Coach training from Corentus, Kimberly’s expertise in organizational growth and change leadership, has facilitated impactful transformations across the nonprofit, government, private, and public sectors. Kimberly’s leadership career includes VP National Programs, Chief Strategy Officer, and CEO. 

As the founder of Strategic Clarity, an executive coaching and leadership development firm, she helps executives and leadership teams unlock their power and potential, fostering clarity and courage to achieve their boldest aspirations. Her passion lies in coaching leaders who are committed to growing themselves, their organizations, and their people. Kimberly’s inspirational approach creates space for vulnerability and deep listening, enabling leaders to make better decisions and build high-performing teams. Whether she’s working locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally, Kimberly’s mission-driven spirit and unwavering belief in human potential continue to compel meaningful progress.

Kimberly and her husband David have been married 36 years and are proud parents of three amazing young adults who are making meaningful contributions to the world. Passionate about all things growth, she loves to garden, read, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
